Which is something I don't want to be on for ever. hopefully only a few weeks. If by a sugar reducer pill you mean a pill to lower your blood sugar and you are having some type 2 diabetes problems, I can tell you first hand (although I'm a type 1) that this diet will do wonders for you. And especially changing from regular to diet pop/soda will make a HUGE difference. There's almost nothing that will raise your blood sugar faster than regular pop! Wishing you great good luck, and I'm sure you'll have it with this diet. I'm only on my 4th day of Phase 1 but doing fine. Haven't checked for weight loss yet. lie

Guest guest
And let's not forget what drinking pop also can do to your blood pressure from the sodium. Guest guest
THis is also very true. Luckily, every time I go into the Doc my BP is somewhere between 102/68 and 108/74. Hopefully that won't change with age. Terri B.
