Thanks for the reminder. I think I have forgotten to breathe a few times this week. I wanted to have the weekend to rest, but there is some shopping that has to be done today (cats don't like it when we run out of cat food); will help me. And of course we're "on call" for & Amy. It's 8:20 AM here, & 's already gone - he wanted to be at the farmer's market when it opened.

I have to slow down. I have a sore throat today - may be my body's way of stopping me.

Hi ,

I am glad to hear how well the surgery went. Didn't she spend an overnight at least in hospital? She must be very sore and hope the meds will help her. I am going through a difficult period right now and it's coming out on all the wrong people, all wrong.

Hang in there but don't forget to smell the roses along the way. It helps our bodies to "live in the moment" rather than racing around chasing our tails.
