I have a lot of benefit from neurontin. One piece of caution though; don't

let your doctor put you on a high dose right away. (S)he should slowly bring

you up. Otherwise it will knock you out and you won't be able to function at

all. Good luck.

What is the recommended dose for you? I am at 3000 mgs per day. I did begin

to feel a difference at 2400.

I think I am a lot lower than that. Right now I take 900. He is

working up slowly so on Wednesday when I see him he will increase

another 300mg. I can hope that some relief is coming soon.

I agree with you. There are times I didn't mind taking the Zanaflex and get

knocked out!
