We wish that we could offer you something that would fix it, but many of us

suffer similar things and some of us are completely disabled because of it.

There are nutritional kinds of things that help sleep that are of some help.

Some meds are useful too. None of them are significantly effective for most

of us.

However, your best course while you find the real source of the problem is

to try to have a work/sleep schedule that is more flexible. Many of us that

are dealing with CFIDS/FMS/ACM kinds of symptoms are slaves to our body's

need to sleep when it says sleep and can only be productive when it allows

us to be.

I wish that I could say that what you are experiencing is at it's worse, but

for many of us, the place where you are at is just a beginning of the

downward spiral. Hopefully, you can find a resolution really quickly, but

if you have something similar to what all of us have, you are in for a real

ride. I am not saying this to discourage you, but to put a since of reality

into it. You will probably never have the luxury again of forcing your body

to keep any kind of lifestyle/schedule that you desire. From here on out,

you will probably have to be very aware of you limitations and plan your

life to be most efficient with your time and energy.
