Guest guest
The only source of ALA in Australia I can get is 100mg caps. I weigh about 60 kilos (or 130 pounds) and I gather the appropiate dose for me is about 50mg every three hours. Do I have to somehow squeeze half of the ALA out, or could I take another approach? Could I do a trial run and see what happens? I am prepared for a reaction and will respond if one happens. It's just 100mg every three hours (four during sleeping) seems like a lot. Any suggestions, info or responses are most welcome and appreciated. Background information; I am going on ALA alone chelation as importing DMSA will be way too bureaucratically complicated and very expensive in Australia. No-one here knows anything about it. I had my two amalgum fillings removed in 1997 (after 20 years in my mouth) so my body has had some chance to detox a bit, but I am sure my brain could do with some chelation. I have mild autism spectrum symptoms, and a history of many allergies, chronic fatigue and one seizure, although the allergies and fatigue improved after removing the fillings. It felt like a ball and chain that had been dragging behind me had fallen away. take care Nick " I have not failed 1000 times, but successfully found 1000 things that did not work. " Edison.
