Hello everyone,

We've got a webinar coming up that may be of interest to some of you.

" Exercise Recommendations for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome " will be presented by

Terri Graham, an exercise physiologist who has PCOS herself. I recruited her

into inCYST after hearing her speak; I wanted to help her build her audience

because what she has to say is rarely said and crucial to understand.

Getting the effective exercise prescription for PCOS is not always easy, which

is evident if you ever watch The Biggest Loser. Many of the women who don't

lose weight and are accused of throwing the program end up with a PCOS diagnosis

long after the program is finished.

Terri wants to help you get it right, as 1 in 10 women have this syndrome. If

you understand it, you can easily position yourself as the go-to person in your

own world as someone who " gets " it.

The live presentation will be Friday, March 26th, but if you cannot make it, I

will be recording it to email to participants.

Our event page can be found on Facebook at this link:

This webinar is available individually or as part of the comprehensive PCOS

training. Both links are available on the Facebook event page.

Or, you can contact me at this e-mail or questions/to register.

Hope you can join us!
