Fish oil and Flaxseed oil???

Do I need to take both fish oil and flaxseed oil, or do I just need one? I started Flaxseed oil, Acetyl L- Carnitine, and Chromium Picolinate, because I read that these supplements plus low carb, makes for better results in weight loss. Thanks! trista
