I use epsom salts to help my son process phenols, and they are very

helpful for that purpose. The warnings on the package refer to

laxative use. If you take them internally they are a laxative. I

don't let my son drink the bath water or give him any to eat/drink.

Other than that I am not aware of any dangers from using them.

Here's my question: can you use epsom salt baths on chelation " on "

days or is it similar to giving minerals (where you can't do it on

the " on " days)? I have been avoiding them on those days when my son

is taking ALA but he could really use them by the 3rd day. Does

anyone give the baths while chelating?
