All this talk of photos made me feel the need to update my own

album. I just put one in taken a few weeks ago after cutting wood.

I choose this one because it showed me drinking my water :-) I'm

feeling pretty good and I think I look ok for 170+, and boy I can't

wait to get to 150+ !!!

everyone's photos look great, and the progressive pictures are

laookaing wonderful. wish i had a picture to pos tbut i don't have a

scanner, and the digital is not working right now. have to not be

lazy and go buy some batteries. lol
