Well, this marks the third day on the SBD, and so far,

so good! I weighed myself this morning and had lost

four pounds since Monday.

I did the same the first time I tried this a couple of weeks ago but this time around I only lost 3 pounds for the week.

I thought this would be very difficult

because I have HORRIBLE self discipline, but it's not

quite as bad as I thought.

If I can do it, you can do it.

I second that emotion! I truly can't believe how easy this is to stick with --

and, if you fall off, you just get right back on without trying to figure how

many " points " or whatever your cheat cost you -- it's easy on the brain.
