Be careful trying to cook with Smart Balance. It says on the label that

you're not supposed to use it for cooking or baking. You might not get

the results you want!

I have been using Smart Balance alot...my favorite use is to melt some, add some garlic powder and marinate shrimp. then pop them on the grill...yummy
