Unfortunately, it's not just Rice Dream, but all commercial rice milk

products... stinks since they taste soooo much better than soy!

I wouldnt know if they taste better than soy, I cant have soy at

all, which limits my options a great deal Oh well, at least I

know now that it was making me sick!

Fleishmanns Light in the tub is gf, dairy-free (casein and lactose), and soy

free. Its made from corn oil.

I have not found a gf/cf/sf margarine product - however! What we

like to do (emmy's aunt introduced us to it) is using corn oil, or

any oil you want really, there is a pump spray thing you can get in

the kitchen section at wall mart, and we spray corn oil on the

gf/cf/sf waffles and stuff. It tastes better than butter, absolutely

deliciious!
