Doing a search on Dr. Mercola though you will find he is listed at the Quackwatch website. Because of that....I tend to NOT believe what he says about Splenda. It has been suggested that he sells his own items and will put out negative information on other products in order to sell his own. Since his is the one and only negative site about Splenda....I would tend to dimiss his theory. BUT...do your own research and come up with your own conclusion. Many diabetics are using Splenda without problems. Lynn

Guest guest
I seldom use any artificial sweeteners. I seldom put sugar in anything. I do eat naturally sweet fruits and sometimes I seem to have a craving for something sweet and fruity. But my sugar container stays full most of the time because I never open it. When I eat in a restaurant I usually order diet cola but that is the only time I use artificial sweeteners. If you can get away from sweets it will be to your benefit and you will not have to worry about whether your sweetener is good or not. Guest guest
For us with IC artificial sweeteners are a huge NO NO!!! they are a severe bladder irritant. So please if you have IC or think you do don't use artificial sweeteners. Traci Re: Splenda??????vs Aspartame ?/ any feedback please! I seldom use any artificial sweeteners.
