Just a guess since I can't hear it, but I'd say limited LAD and left radial

distal RCA (right coronary artery) and also right radial obtuse marginal

circumflex. Hope this helps :)

Forget the circumplex...it is circumflex. BUT please help on the S/L and

the disart. Thanks.

Thanks Diane, that is exactly what I am looking for. He swallowed the

LIMA.

But he is definitely saying dis and ending with ART CA. I guess he could

have an accent and means distal CA?

I think you're looking for " LIMA to LAD " , distal CA, marginal circumflex.

It was LIMA to LAD...

But the rest is correct. Thanks.

Aliceanne, Sorry I wasn't here this afternoon, just checking my e-mail and

wasn't sure if you had gotten a good answer yet. CABG is correct. The rest

would be LIMA to LAD and left radial to distal RCA and also right radial to

obtuse marginal circumflex. Margaret

I did get the help except for a possible source of a normal

echocardiogram? Any ideas? Thanks for responding anyway...you never know

if this was the one I did not get the help on.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for:

from the barcharts - Nursing chart

EKG

complex normal length of time meaning

P wave <.12 sec depolarization of atria

preparation for contraction

PR interval .12 to .2 sec time for impulse to

spread from atria to ventricles

QRS complex 0.04 to 0.11 sec depolarization of the

ventricles

ST segment -0.5 and +1.0 mm completion of ventricular

depolarization

QT interval up to 0.43 sec electric systole

T wave <5 mm in amplitude repolarization of ventricles

U wave (no norm given) = sometimes

follows T wave may indicate hypokalemia

Aloha,

Pam

That would be an electrocardiogram...but thanks I think I will order that

one. Have to wait for my first pay check to arrive.

Hi Aliceanne: I used to do echoes all the time, but we don't do them

anymore, so I'm sorry I can't give you a sample. However, here's a web

address I use quite frequently because it has a pull down list where you can

change specialties. It's pretty kewl... check it out. Hopefully you'll find

some echo info there. Hope this helps :) The address is :
