The sleep apnea tests are totally painless. They'll hook you up to a monitor

which will record anytime you stop breathing while you are sleeping. It records

other things too, as I recall, but mainly it's the breathing stuff -- which

usually has a lot to do with snoring and gasping for air....too much fun.

Do you have problems with this? Waking up feeling unrested or waking up from a

sound sleep because you can't breathe?

I actually haven't had the test myself Janie, but I know two people who have.

Nope, not claustraphobic at all and yes, you can go potty or change positions in

bed with no troubles. My one friend who had the test has horrible anxiety

problems and she didn't complain at all about this test.
