Like string cheese except it's cheddar or whatever -- they even have low-fat. I like them because I don't have to cut, pkg, etc., the cheese to bring it to work -- also it's a good portion size. Finally, they are the perfect size to roll up in the middle of some turkey breast or whatever. Thanks - we have something like that here in pkgs and they are string cheese - you can literally pull off strings of cheese and make them last longer.
