I like that bowing to the scale gods. Those little numbers can rule the day. a few less and you aregreat... but one more or even .5 lb more and I'mback in the fetal position.no more bowing to the Health O Meter master for me!Athena day 3.. so far so good.

Out here in California we have, made by Kraft, I think, cheese that's already cut into sticks when you buy it. Like string cheese except it's cheddar or whatever -- they even have low-fat. I like them because I don't have to cut, pkg, etc., the cheese to bring it to work -- also it's a good portion size. Finally, they are the perfect size to roll up in the middle of some turkey breast or whatever.

Thanks - we have something like that here in pkgs and they are string cheese - you can literally pull off strings of cheese and make them last longer. LOL
