We take it for clearing out the toxins which accumulate because of the faulty metabolism, & /or the anti-histamines released when we react to foods and chemicals we are sensitive to from the same, not hayfever or runny noses, etc. It is like the grapeseed extract in that way-a super antioxidant like effect.
