Guest guest
Since the sugar in the " no sugar added " ice cream/fudgsicles is from milk sugars, this is okay. (And probably Splenda too.) As others have also mentioned, try not to eat more than a serving because otherwise -- yikes! Although, I guess it is good to experience for yourself what happens... I tell ya, it sure does make one want to excise extreme portion control!! ;-) > No Sugar ADDED??? > > > Okay I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm confused > over all this. Guest guest
Thanks --By the time I get all this stuff down, I'll be off of Phase 1. Go figure! Guest guest
Yeah, isn't THAT the truth!! I bet that's why so many people lose a LOT of weight on phase 1 -- they don't know what to eat!! (Just kidding, sort of.) > No Sugar ADDED??? > > > > > > > > > Okay I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm > confused > > > over all this. AND YES, watch your portion control with those suger alcohols (isomalt, malto[something])!!!!...I learned the hard way with " Sugar Free Creme Savers " ....My stomach started gurgling LOUDly, but it was too late by then.... " things " had already been set in to motion/action...I thought I was going to have to spend the night in the biffy....I got about 20 minutes of sleep that night...All kidding aside.... Guest guest
No sugar added desserts that have milk in them get their " sugars " from the " lactose " in the milk. I hope that this helps you understand a bit better. Carol > Okay I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm confused > over all this.
