I have not been able to find any Blue Bunny products here. But, I'll have to go to my Super Walmart and look for their yogurt. Thanks for the suggestion!

But on Phase one we can not have the fruit yogurt-- right-- just the vanilla?

I thought we could only have PLAIN yogurt. Isn't vanilla a "flavored" yogurt?

Right! Nonfat/no sugar added vanilla yogurt only on Phase 1.

I start Phase 2 tomorrow, and think I might want to try a bit of yogurt every now and then. Does anybody know if it is OK for me to have a bit of sugar free/nonfat *frozen* yogurt? We have a TCBY in our hospital lobby, and they have these tiny cups they sell of the stuff (minis, I think they call it) Anyhoo, they usually have a couple of flavors of nonfat/sugarfree yogurt. It would just be an occassional treat at work, but I wondered if it is semi-legal!

I went to the store today and they didn't have any Blue Bunny " Lite 85 "

Vanilla Yogurt. I was majority craving yogurt so I picked up two

different types, the Blue Bunny " lite 85 " with peach a 6 oz serving. It

has 80 calories, no fat but 14 carbs. Then I picked up one 6 oz

container of Blue Bunny " Carb Freedom " peach. One serving has 90

calories , 2 g of fat ( 1.5 sat fat) and 5 carbs. I bought both but I

don't know which one would be better? I would think that the one with

the less Carbs would be better. What do you all think?
