Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 I just wanted to put this out there and get everyone's thoughts on this...On every diet I was ever on, they talk about the importance of eating breakfast even if you are not hungry. I am slowly learning that it is okay NOT to eat breakfast or any other meal if I am not physically hungry enough. This has been a very hard thing to move past, but it is really helping me to listen to my hunger. Has anyone else found this a hard thing to overcome?
