V8 also a contains lot of sodium, but I think all of the versions are ok for

SB. The low sodium is probably better, but there are some major taste

sacrifices!

We can buy both small (35 calories IIRC) cans and 12oz (70 calorie serving

size) cans around here. (Michigan)

V8 kinds, sizes

What kinds of V8 are allowed? Is the Spicy Hot okay? How much should you

drink per day? I found some regular soda-sized cans that say they are one

serving. Is that the right size? I can't stomach the regular V8, but the

spicy hot is great. Still only veggies in it, but it does seem to have a

lot of carbs.
