Guest guest
Writing it down is a great idea Gail. It helped me alot too. At one point I was stuck but when I measured I realized I had lost 9.5 inches since I started. I always lose either in the inches or weight even if its only 1/2 and inch its gone. Good luck on your goals this week. San > Good morning everyone!! Guest guest
Well I weighed in at 183 the first time but I think I misstepped so I tried again and it was 184. Thats another pound (actually 3 if you count the 2-3 days I was at 187 again). 4 more pounds till I am free of the 180's. I have to get there I will get there. Anyhow I checked my BMI and I'm no longer classified as Obese now I'm overweight. LOL Thats one step. San
Guest guest
Well, I decided I'm going to weigh myself on Monday's. I did today, but I forgot to do it before I got dressed. So I ended up weighing myself with my gym clothes & sneakers on. I was at 252. Even if I subtract out some pounds for clothes and shoes, I still gained a little from the last time I weighed myself (which I don't remember if it was last week or the week before). But I had slacked off. I'm finally back on track though. I got some notebooks the other day after reading Theresa's post. I stayed up a little late last night and finally got them all done. I even got up at 5 AM to go to the gym. I was going to squirm my way out of it again, saying that I didn't sleep well or something, (which I didn't) but I decided enough was enough and I got up and went. I'm really enthused about keeping this up and I know I can do it this time. :-)

Guest guest
hahaha its amazing how such little things like that make you so happy. I'm happy to now be fat someday I will be normal...Anyways I weighed myself again and it still says 183. I'm scared to even claim it. LOL But hubby was behind me and he was suprised. He said I'd be out of their in no time (meaning the 180's). So now I know I wasnt dreaming it was 183...3 more pounds come on I can do it....
