Guest guest
If you ask at the deli counter they will give you either a sheet or put a sticker on the pkg with the nutritional info....this is what i do. Thanks, Kelli - I will try this the next time I am there. ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Currently Reading:September by munde Pilcher and Fear of Frying by Jill Churchill Just Finished: The South Beach Diet Book By Arthur Agastson ( 3rd Degree by ©
Guest guest
The 35 calories for a serving for the mix would count against your daily 75 calorie sweet treat allowance and use 1/2 cup of your daily 2 cup milk allowance. Thanks - this is what my friend was talkign about but I was too lazy to look this up in the book. I wasn't aware that there was a 2 cup milk allowance or is this a requirement of the diet? ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Currently Reading:September by munde Pilcher and Fear of Frying by Jill Churchill Just Finished: The South Beach Diet Book By Arthur Agastson ( 3rd Degree by ©
Guest guest
We were once "empty nesters", but have had a granddaugher living with us for just over 5 years. Our hands were really full when she first joined us shortly before her second birthday. Now that she's 7, we'd be lost if she left us. I haven't been blessed with grandchildern yet but I can only imagine how dear she is to you and your family. Best wishes and I'd give her the Jello also. ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Currently Reading:September by munde Pilcher and Fear of Frying by Jill Churchill Just Finished: The South Beach Diet Book By Arthur Agastson ( 3rd Degree by ©

Guest guest
I think that Ziploc has little cups with lids that are 8 oz. They're pretty cute. ;-) -----Original Message-----From: NRK18@... That way you have singlew servings at a minimal cost. That's what I do. That does sound like a plan. Now I just have to do it. Guest guest
I believe the pudding has to be no sugar added, which is a little different fromn sugar free. Doesn't all pudding have milk and therefore lactose in it? Re: Re: Egg Mc & Laughing Cow The pudding has to be not onlyl fat free, but sugar free, and that's another thing I can't find in the little cups -- I'm in the boat with you -- empty nesters, work hard, I deserve my little cups! I guess that ends my thoughts about low fat chocolate pudding. Shucks. ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Currently Reading:September by munde Pilcher and Fear of Frying by Jill Churchill Just Finished: The South Beach Diet Book By Arthur Agastson ( 3rd Degree by © Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. You know what I've found though -- it's not really that much more expensive cuz I'm not eating lunch out EVERYDAY like I was before -- even at 5 bucks a day, that sure added up. I most always spent more too!
