>>Dannon called " Light 'n Fit Carb Control "

The only problem with this " yogurt " is that it's not even yogurt. If

you read the label closely, it says something like " dairy dessert " or

" dairy snack " or something like that. It doesn't even have yogurt in

it. It is basically sweetened cream. Someone on another list I am on

tried to email them about their product, to get some answers to some

specific questions she had, and they would not respond in their email.

They wanted her to call and talk to them. She thought that was just a

hedging tactic, but everyone will have to draw their own conclusions on

that one.

Look for Blue Bunny sugar-free yogurt, or if you have a WalMart, look

for their brand of sugar-free yogurt. They are both comparable in

ingredients, and the WalMart brand is only 33 cents a container, while

Blue Bunny is 48 cents. The WalMart brand tastes great to me.

Wow.. I did not look close enough to see that the " Light n Fit " was not really

even yogurt! Thanks for pointing that out.

I have not been able to find any Blue Bunny products here. But, I'll have to go

to my Super Walmart and look for their yogurt. Thanks for the suggestion!

I thought we could only have PLAIN yogurt. Isn't vanilla a "flavored" yogurt?

in Florida>>>

You are right. I always think of vanilla as being no flavoring, but yes... in most yogurts, vanilla is a flavored yogurt.

Phrasing it a 'plain' yogurt is better. Thanks for clearing that up!
