Where did you hear Miracle Whip is not GF? I have several places that have said

it is GF including the company that states if it has wheat, rye, oats, or barley

it will say so on the label. I am so confused.

It has modified food starch. I avoid that at all costs.

If the product is manufactured in the US the modified food starch is

likely to be Gluten free according to http://www.celiac.com/cgi-

bin/webc.cgi/st_prod.html?p_prodid=185 & p_catid=12 & sid=91hH9H0mIMT-Dfr-

Also, miracle whip is made by KRAFT, whose policy is to state clearly

if the product contains gluten of any sources. So, eat your miracle

whip and enjoy!! Call the company first however, if you don't feel

comefortable.
