Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Hey everyone, I just had a terrible peanut butter and chocolate craving and rather than denying it from myself (despite the fact I am not especially hungry) I ate a Twix Peanut Butter Bar (it sounded good at the time) and now I feel...well, completely satisfied. That being said, I've been eating a lot more sugar and fat lately than normal (mainly because i'm allowing foods again) and I'm wondering if it will ever stop. I DO eat food that is more healthful too, and I usually enjoy that food just as much as I enjoy unhealthy things...but lately I've been wanting more sugary items. Any advice? And what do you all do with foods that have hydrogenated oils or high sugar contents? I looked for peanut butter candy w/o any such oils and it was impossible to find. Do you just eat the foods regardless? I feel like I'm doing my body a real disservice yet at the same time I want to follow IE because it has been helping me through the last few days...
