Guest guest
Sandi, I agree that " What Not to Wear " has some great healthy messages. I remember watching one show with this teeny tiny guest who would hide herself in huge clothing. I remember getting really frustrated and annoyed...right along with the hosts. Finally, I realized that what annoyed me the most was her lack of confidence in herself, and that I am annoyed with myself for the same reason. It was a great motivator to me to try to work on improving my own confidence levels. Thanks, Stacey and Clinton! I did not even know there was a BBC version...I'll have to look that one up! :-) Amy > > Amy, I love Science Fiction too. I love their > emphasis on accepting your body the way it is and dressing to look as > good as you can no matter what size you are. I love how they always > find something about their " victim's " figure that's " smokin' " or " so > tiny " . That show has really made me feel differently (for the better) > about the way I look and dress. >
