Guest guest
I love to eat popcorn for a snack once in a while, but try to go for the low salt variety. I think I react to taking in a lot of salt. Sandy Re: Dairy free / Coumadin > However, I strongly suspect that if I were to have a large, greasy pizza with lots of onions right now or even to try that popcorn you suggested, I would undoubtedly experience an afib episode. Hi , I fully understand your reaction to pizza, but why popcorn? Popcorn is something I snack on almost daily; in addition to being tasty it also fulfills a purpose by adding roughage to my diet. Something I seem to require. I haven't noticed any particular reaction to it and considered it harmless.

It is on the "foods to avoid" list. It has a glycemic value of 72, anything above 20 is high. If you go back to the bad foods you will regain your weight and feel unhealthy again. Guest guest
Two cups of air popped is permitted down the road but I agree, I never restricted myself to two cups in the past and would have problems doing it in the future. I love popcorn and all that it means, salt and butter and popped corn. I have never especially missed sweets, but I do miss popcorn and most corn type snacks. I would approach them very carefully, like the sweet-aholics, I am a popcorn-aholic. Reread your approved foods. It is allowed on the maintenance plan if it's airpopped. There's no need to be snide about it.
