Guest guest
Hello all - Hope you all have great weekends!! I received this question from one of my staff dietitians and wondered if you have any ideas to suggest: " Do you have any ideas on a good nutrient analysis computer program the school health class could use? They do a unit with food-tracking, and then analyze to see where they are with the typical 3 (pro, CHO, fat) as well as vitamins and minerals, and also take into account their physical activity level. They currently use MyPyramid, which is OK, but not the best. I looked at webmd, but didn't really like that one, although it had more foods listed. " Any input would be appreciated! Thanks " Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip " .
