Guest guest
I have a great/fun book titled 5001 Mysteries of Liquids and Cooking Secrets by Dr. Myles Bader. It has a chapter (about 25 pages) on beer. Lots of interesting/fun tips. _http://www.amazon.com/001-Mysteries-Liquids-Cooking-Secrets/dp/156799945X_ (http://www.amazon.com/001-Mysteries-Liquids-Cooking-Secrets/dp/156799945X) for more info. You can buy really cheap since it's an older paperback. Guest guest
Hi! I've been asked to do a segment on beer for St. 's Day next Wednesday comparing/contrasting the different types, calories per serving, etc. Have any of you done a similar topic and if so, any good references that you could direct me to where they compare beers and the nutritional value of the different types? Thanks! Kim Tirapelle, MS, RD
