If anyone out here read Women's World, there are a couple of great articles in the newest issue. I have a subscription to it since I LOVE that mag. There was a big article about herbal & mineral supplements and how they can harm you. It's worth a read. They had some good info. I'm not even done reading the whole mag, so there are probably more great articles. I LOVE the part where people tell about their experiences with angels. That's my favorite.

Also, there is a huge write up on these things called mineral wraps. I totally want to try one. They even give you the "recipe" to do one at home instead of having to go to a spa. The women who tried them all lost inches and they said it can be permanent. Wow! No dieting, no exercising, just wrap yourself up tightly and use the mineral stuff and you can be slimmer. If you get a chance, read it. It sounds interesting. I'm not one to try every little fad to lose weight, but this sounds like something I could do. I don't know if it might be a little too good to be true though. What do you ladies think?

When I went on a cruise in September, the onboard spa did the mineral

wraps and they would guarantee that you would lose weight/inches with

them. I would have loved one but couldn't afford it! lol
