Isn't that 2 questions? ;-P Yes, I do look back at the end of the day and worry about how much I've eaten. Sometimes I worry about the hunger scale, but not often any more. Is there anyway we can practice IE in a prediabetic situation.....blood sugar beginning to creep up as we get older? Thanks for your help.
