Guest guest
Dear All, Next week we have our big festival for the musical art of whistling here in the Tulsa area. I am even more self conscious when I am around my piers than the usual audiences. I just wish there were a way to take a few off quickly without it being too dangerous. Any ideas? Any ideas? ,......Sorry to say there is really no " safe " way to loose any substantial about of weight in a weeks time.....loosing weight is a slow and steady process......also usually one tends to loose water weight gain first before actually Fat pounds.......that is just my opinion stacy

Guest guest
, I agree with Dianne and everyone else - it will take a while. However, depending on your usual eating habits, your first week or two of " dieting " could take off quite a few pounds. This is the end of my first week of watching what I ate and exercising. I lost 5 pounds easy. I'm not saying that this happens to every person, I think that it does depend on your initial weight and eating habits, but don't get discouraged. Even the first few pounds you lose by your event in Tulsa can make you feel so good about yourself and so motivated that you will feel good and proud. Best of Luck! Any chance you are on your way to Abilene, Tx after Tulsa? Kirsten > > Dear All, > > Next week we have our big festival for the musical art of > > whistling here in the Tulsa area.
