Good morning everyone!! Just weighing in 226 this AM - I gained a

pound over the weekend so now I'm setting a week goal of 1)

exercising 4 mornings 2) taking a walk 3 nights 3) continue

watching what I eat. Hopefully with this I will reach my Sept weight

goal of 220!!! I can't wait!! Ang thanks for the infor on the fat in

the morning - that's happened at least 1 a week for me (yesterday for

ex!!!). This group is soo much help - you can ask questions here that

you would never ask anyone else (including your dr)!!! Thanks

everyone for all the infor. I went to virtualmodel.com last night and

some looks like me and some doesn't (maybe b/c I couldn't see all the

fat rolls (lol)). I'm going to go to self.com tonight b/c yes I

finally got a measuring tape - I hope I measured right - do you pull

the tape really tight or just loose around? Here are my measurements:

weight 225 (yesterday)

waist 42 1\2

hips 47

chest 44 1\2

thigh 25

I took the others but don't have them written down (they are on the

spreadsheet that I got from ). So now I can see if I'm

shrinking without looking at the scale. I'm also an everyday weigh

in - I just need to see the numbers go down and if I don't then I up

the exercise!!!! It helps me to see the numbers so that I can get an

idea of what I did and what I need to do to reach my goal for the

month. Well I guess that's all I'll stop writing now. good luck to

everyone!!-----Gail
