Guest guest
I have been thinking that a steady supply of ALA in the intestines might inhibit the excretion of mercury. The ALA would grasp hold of the mercury that comes with the bile into the intestines. Then would this ALA/Hg molecule be able to get through the intestinal wall ? If so then a steady supply of orally taken ALA could well greatly inhibit the excretion of mercury. I cannot sleep hardly at all with the 3 hr and then 4 hr at night protocol. The bags under my eyes become noticeably worse and I feel stressed. Generally taking the ALA and coming off it are no prolem at all except that I don't sleep while I am taking it. Now I feel that not sleeping must be stressing my body overall leading to cell misfunction and death presumably. I see that Hg dumping into the body would also produce cell misfunction and death. Which is worse ? Moses.
