Fees for school menu analysis

I work full-time as a clinical dietitian, but have recently taken on some

consulting work with the local school district, helping to analyze their menus

and make suggestions. As part of their Coordinated School Health Program, they

have some money that can be used to pay me, and have asked what I charge. Not

having done this type of work before, I have no idea! Do I charge a set fee, or

an hourly fee, and how much? I know we are not to discuss fees on the listservs,
