S: She tells me that she has not been wearing her ______(s/l tuber grips)

for the past two weeks because she is having some much pain in her legs.

She does have some venous insufficiency. Of course, she does not have her

______(s/l tuber grips) on today.

O: The patient is a 74-year-old in no distress. Extremities: She does have

some edema, which is about 1-2+ pitting on her lower extremities but she

does have quite a bit of blisters and stippling on her lower extremities

because of her venous insufficiency.

A: #1. Dementia; #2. Morbid obesity; #3. Seizure disorder, current

valproic acid level is 49.4; #4. Venous insufficiency.

P: She does, however, need to wear her _______(s/l tuber grips) daily

whether she wants to or not.

any ideas?
