weigh in and new goals for October

Well as of this morning I am down to 222!! That's a 15 pound weight

loss!!! I didn't make my goal for Sept which was 220 - so my new goal

for October is to get down to 219 - to break the 20's. The weight is

coming off slower now so I thought I would lower my goal so that I

can reach it. I haven't measured b/c I think my kids walked away

with my tape measure so now I have to buy a new one!!!

I haven't exercised since yesterday morning b/c I think I did

something to my leg b/c I can't move (the hip area) out to the side.

I have shooting pain if I do!!!! But I'm going to try to walk outside

tonight to just get some exercise and maybe it will help my leg!!!

And I was so excited b/c my new tape came in the mail yesterday - I

think it's an old tape - called walk away weight loss 4 miles.

It has 3 20 min sections that you do to total 4 miles. I watched a

little of it last night just to see what it had on it and it seems

pretty relaxed and easy to do like her walk away the pounds tapes. So

hopefully I can start that in a couple of days. Well that's all for

Thanks for mentioning this. I have broken in my walk away tapes and love

them so much. I was wondering if there was a 4 mile one! Now I know it's

out there.
