Guest guest
I was diagnosed almost seven years ago as being in afib 24/7. I believe that I had been in afib many years before that (I am 41). My heartbeat was the same then as it has been for many years , " irregularly irregular " . When I was diagnosed, after a few cardioversions and various drugs, I settled on Tambocor and have been in NSR since then, with the exception of an episode lasting a few hours less than once a year. So I went from what some people would consider permanent afib to NSR with meds. Follow-on from message 11929 How many members are in permanent AF? I am (21 years, from the age of 35).
