Between working 9 hours a day and driving an hour each way to work I

actually put in 55 hours a week. Sometimes you just don't have a

choice, you do what you have to do to keep your head above water.

Yes, I do. My husband lost his job last November. We lost our house to foreclosure. Jobs are pretty hard to find here. He just started yesterdayMystic wrote:

While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.__________________________________________________

Good God! I worked 60 hours a week before I got so sick I couldn't even crawl down the steps from my apartment. Sometimes, I think the stress of all the work is what made my immune system go bonkers. All my best to you.

Welcome to the group Berta!!! I am curious about the iodine - what is that prescribed for??? (and what form does it come in???) ....and my GOODNESS!!!!!! all those children??!!!!!! are you married?? Oh please tell me u r married and that your husband helps with the children!!!!

AND: ooooooh how i WISH i had a handicap sign for my car....... but just like you: i probably would not use it because of that "you don't look sick" issue. The parking situation here at the condominium complex i live in is horrendous and often i have to walk such a long way to & from my car. Noone but myself knows what a long haul that is for me....

anyway.... i look forward to getting to know you!

Hi, My name is Berta and I live in Alabama. Three years ago my dr.diagnosed me with RA. After alot of research and study I didn't thinkI had that so I found another dr. A rheumatoid dr. and she diagnosedme not with RA but fibro. My symptoms matched that a lot better thenRA. So along with RSL, Insomnia, IBS, and frequent migraines I havefibro. I am on lodine, robaxin, paxil, trazodone None help me, wellthe paxil stops me from being so gripy. I am tired all the time, inpain all the time. I have 6 children ages 3 - 23. Two grandbabiesand one on the way. My dr. prescribed me a handicap tag for my van butI don't like the stares and remarks when I use it so I don't. I amonly 40 and most of the time I don't "look" like anything is wrong so-people assume nothing is wrong. Anyway I look forward to meeting allof you.
