I just don't understand why it's so hard this time!!!! Years ago when I started IE it was so easy. I am a Christian and I know that it was easy then b/c God was really doing the work. So this time no matter how much I pray and ask Him to help and to do again what he did then...it's still SOOOO much harder and I'm still so unsuccessful! The first time it was very successful. I even have struggled so much today w/ this wondering if it's so hard this time b/c of how my life changed after IE "worked" last time. For example, God made it so easy for me to IE the first time and I lost about 35 lbs. and felt GREAT about my body and myself and for the first time in my life I felt like my body was finally attractive. I was in my final year of college and my first years in my career. And what did I do...I finally felt good enough about myself that I started having a really good time. I partied, I

dated, I had fun, but I certainly didn't honor the Lord. So today I'm wondering if maybe it's not easy this time b/c of what I did w/ my success last time. But in the same thought I know that God doesn't work that way but AAAAAAHHHHH!!! I'm just so frustrated and feel so under attack! You guys have been my lifeline this week! Please keep talking at me! It helps to have you all here! Thanks. Last time when I followed EI it just seemed to be so effortless and easy for me. It really was. Now, it takes sooooo much focus for me. ** I think you should just not worry about anything else right now. WOrry about your mini-goal that you set, and nothing else for this week. It's not an IE way of doing things *technically*, but you will be better off in the long run, I think. The way I see it, you'll get the hang of waiting for 0 faster if you're ONLY worrying about that & nothing else, and you can move on to adding in other things after. So, you'll get to the other things, eventually, but you'll be going about it

slow & steady. Proven to work better that way, so I'm told. ;o) Of course, this is all just *my* 2 cents. You're free to take it or leave it. :o)--- Vicki wrote:I usually could care less about ice-cream but I have eatenseveral lunches involving a Sundae Nut cone. Last month I had pudding forbreakfast several times. *** I've eaten Frosted Oatmeal Bars (pb-chocolate-covered oatmeal squares) for breakfast, and ice cream with raspberries for lunches. :o) Basically something sweet, usually. Big surprise there!
