Good idea would be get a lawyer now and get that restraining order and put your reasons forth. That makes it difficult for him to move without responding to your allegations under oath. If he's a molester with any brains he won't try to bluff it. One hitch and he's up to his ass in alligators. Does your state have " Stalking Laws " ? If they do, tell your lawyer he's obsessed with you. You are over 21 aren't you? Get the lawyer. Molesters are generally calculators. If it were me and my father, I'd take no chances. One other thought- not all psychiatrists are bad. I have known one for many years here in the UK and she is great- not at all like you might think. There are enlightened people in most walks of life I suspect. It might be a good idea, if it is possible, and if this is seen as a serious threat, to be pro-active and find a psychiatrist through word of mouth recommendation and have a consult or two anyway- this is the way my mind would be working. Then if someone tries to classify you as mentally ill, you already have a sympathetic professional opinion that you are okay and in good mental health (or reasonably good- I mean, enough to rubbish the suggestion that you are mentally ill or whatever).
