Andy's protocol statement is now posted as an .html file

hello listmates,

In the files section is a document containing a letter Andy

wrote to the DAN-protocol-creation group, on Jan 22, 2001.

This has been posted (up till now) as a PDF file, which

requires that you have adobe acrobat reader installed,

and requires a download.

I have just copied the document to .html and reposted it.

Translation: if you wanted to read this before and couldn't

for one reason or another, now you can read it. The text will

just appear in your browser. Very simple.
