Guest guest
Today on my way out from the gym, I saw a poster titled " Guilt-Free Holiday Treats " . One of them was for cornbread. My first thought was " Yeah, right, guilt-free cornbread! In my dreams! I'm sure it still has sugar and white flour and... " Then I stopped and listened to myself. First I thought " See the diet police there, telling me that I should feel guilty for something I eat during the holidays " Then I thought " there's no guilt in eating cornbread, even if it does have sugar or flour or whatever. Eating a piece of cornbread when I'm hungry is NOT going to make me a bad person "
