Guest guest
I haven't really checked the boards in a few days so I am not sure if someone else may have already posted this, but instead of the so- called " low carb " ice cream....try Edy's sugar free ice cream instead....I compared the content to one of the lower carb ones from Bryers and the Edy's had 1 gram less carb per serving, it's made with splenda and it actually tastes like normal ice cream (I tried the chocolate one)

Guest guest
Thanks to everyone for your replies...I actually bought the Pierres, i think it may be a regional brand, its sugar free with splenda. I dont know if its because i havent really had sweets for 10 days now, but it was the best damn ice cream i ever had!! Chocalate with peanut butter cups in it...had only 5 grams of fat and 4 net carbs. I dont have to lose that much weight, 20 lbs, already have lost 8 so i am going to have it once or twice a week...if i am unhappy on this diet, i will quit and i dont want that...so what can it hurt. > I haven't really checked the boards in a few days so I am not sure if > someone else may have already posted this, but instead of the so- > called " low carb " ice cream....try Edy's sugar free ice cream > instead....I compared the content to one of the lower carb ones from > Bryers and the Edy's had 1 gram less carb per serving, it's made with > splenda and it actually tastes like normal ice cream (I tried the > chocolate one)
Guest guest
I've found that sugar free gum helps me when I feel the need for something sweet. Have a great day on the Beach!
