Try Cor pulmonale

I tried to copy and paste from Stedman's but it wouldn't work. Better

read the directions. So here goes the old fashion peck and type from

Tabors:

Hypertrophy or failure of right ventricle resulting from disorders of the

lungs, pulmonary vessels, or chest wall. Living for an extended period at

light altitudes is also a contributing factor.
