Just thought id share a quick small stepping stone success with you girls. My landlord raised our rent, and because my boyfriend and I have a slightly larger room that the other couple, we pay a ridiculous amount more than them, an amoutn that is not and has not been fair for 5 months now. Well, the rent is raised, and we refuse to pay so much more than them, and they wont pay anymore..and it has been one big mess. Therefore my boyfriend and I are moving back to sacramento. SO, within the next month not only do I have finals, but i have to pack up my apartment, find a new one, move again, christmas, getting a new job, and all of that..im stressed. toda, i went to walk towards the fridge and i said no, im not hungry..and i stopped. i didnt eat out of emotion! im very proud of myself.Michele Hagenlock wrote: My son and I had this for supper tonight. It was pretty good except the cornbread would never cook fully through so the top and bottom were done but the cornbread by the chili was not done. Michele Gillian Hood-son <gillianhealthieroutcomes> wrote: All this talk about cornbread is tempting me to change what I am having for dinner! My IE mentor shared a really easy recipe with me a while back and my husband and I love it!You take 1 package of

cornbread mix, 1 can of chili (I use turkey chili because it tastes just as good in this recipe) and some shredded cheese.Make the cornbread mix, take a square pan and spread 1/2 the cornbread mix on the bottom. Then put the chili on top of that, then some cheese, then the rest of the cornbread mix. Bake according to cornbread directions (usually about 20 minutes).I eat about 1/4 of this and I am very satisfied and it's yummy! Plus it takes about 5 minutes to prepare. Perfect for those of us who don't like to cook!Just thought I would share.
