Since you mentioned that video I have a question. I think I saw it at Best

Buy last weekend and wanted to buy it but wasn't sure if it would be any good

and was kind of expensive. It was in a box, had a couple tapes in cluded I

think. Does it work? Do you enjoy it? Is it worth the money?

Thanks for the info. I think I'll go buy them this weekend. I have the

Tae-Bo tapes and love them, but would like something a bit different. If I

do one thing daily I get bored, don't want to do it. I love Kathy , if

you try some of her tapes. She has a ton of them out, anything you could

possibly want she has a tape. And she's very motivational.

i have it and it is a good video, especially for people who are reallly out of

shape, like me. lol

Yes I do enjoy it and It one of the few videos I do. I bought it at

best buy for $20 all 3 videos and a set of 2lb weight balls. It was

a box set. I recommend them b/c you will do them. I always do

atleast the 1 mile tape and I think its what helps me not gain. JMO,

I also have the walk away the pounds (for abs) tapes and I love it!!! The 3 mile

is a killer - I only did it once b/c I was mad at the daughter's father and boy

what a stress relever(sp)!!! They are good b/c one can go at their own pace if

needed and still be exercising. I like having the 3 different tapes (1,2,3

miles) so on different days you can do different ones. They are great I would

buy more if I found any around where I live that was cheap (my friend paid about

$40 for 5 tapes).---Gail

Lucky you. I stop at a lot of yard sales...maybe I'll get lucky on my way to

Best Buy. Doubt it.

not gonna believe how much i paid for mine. well i was riding around

one morning, nothing to do. and i stopped at some yard sale close by.

and she had the whole set for like $3.00! couldn't turn that down.

took it home, nothing wrong with it at all.. so i got a good deal on

that. LOL!!
