Guest guest
Great Job !! Congratulations!! Guest guest
Wow - I'm impressed! no patch, no gum - nothing? You are doing really well! > Well, today was my quit smoking day. Guest guest
Ang, Thanks! No patch, no nicotine gum, no pills. Last time I quit I was on Zyban. I don't know if it really did anything. I told everyone I was taking it and they were like....you are going to be as high as a kite because it is an anti-depressant and I was a very happy and hyper person. This time, who knows, maybe it would of helped better. I am not as happy and hyper as I once was, and am battling a little depression. I'm trying my hardest to stay away from pills though! I didn't do much snacking today either. I was really shocked at how the day went. It probably went so good because of how busy I was. The munchies have come on tonite though. Went to the grocery store (I forgot to buy that stuff Jo was talking about...wahhhh), and now I sit here with all this food (nothing really bad except the frozen yogurt). Tomorrow night I have a class after work. I won't be home until about 10. So if I am not here, that does not mean I lapsed and am smoking again! - > > Well, today was my quit smoking day. You can do this for your child. You are too special of a person not to be able to live a long and happy life...hugs, Ramona > Well, today was my quit smoking day. I haven't had a cigarette all > day! Guest guest
i used to smoke and it was hard to quit. i smoked a pack a day. i quit in 1985 and i worked at an allergy clinic as a medical assistant. i had alot of support and i also used the nicorette gum. funny thing was, i then got addicted to that gum. LOL then i had to start weaning myself off that gum but i finally did and now i am glad i did. it takes a long time for the cravings to go away, or so it did for me. keep up the good work. tina Today.... Well, today was my quit smoking day. I haven't had a cigarette all day!
